The Family Histories Podcast began quietly with a trailer on 29th March 2021, with the first full guest episode on 1st June. The series ran until its bonus episode on 24th August.
Episodes discussed topics including emigration, DNA testing, crime and convicts, Irish politics, young people in genealogy, socialism, and family disputes.
Each guest also shared their own current research brick wall, in a hope that one of our listeners can help them make bring it crashing down.

Andrew meets Irish professional genealogist Claire Bradley, and hears how her ancestor not only survived multiple elections, but also five shipwrecks.
